My Record Login Instructions:
- Type the letter "P" plus your Campus-Wide ID (Example: P12345678).
- Type in your pin. (If this is the first time you have logged in, type in a pin you wish to use and you will be asked to verify. The pin may contain up to 30 alpha and/or numeric characters.)
- Click Submit.
If you do not know your Campus Wide ID number:
It is printed on your Pellissippi State ID card. Stop by the Circulation Desk to pick up or update your ID card.
- Students may log in to PS Web to look up the campus-wide ID number.
- Faculty/Staff may call the Circulation Desk (865-694-6516) during regular Library hours for the CWID to allow immediate access to the "My Account" function of the catalog. Please pick up a Pellissippi State ID during your next visit to the library.
If you forgot your pin:
Call the Circulation Desk during regular Library hours to have your pin reset.
If the Campus-Wide ID and pin are correct and you still can't log in:
Call or stop by the Circulation Desk during regular Library hours to report the problem.
